Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges and refunds are available on stocked goods purchased from the STR/Motorsport Australia website within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges or refunds for change of mind or ordering errors will not be accepted on made-to-order items.
If you would like an exchange or return on your eligible purchase, we simply request that all items are returned be in its original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached.
If you wish to request an exchange or a refund, please email us at customerservice@s-trend.com.au, with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange/refund
- Item/s to be refunded or exchanged
Once we receive your request, our team will advise on the next steps to return your item/s to us.
